4. And I am not permitted to say much about it. The court wants to know what happened both now and then, what might have conspired to bring me into contact with the crew of a fly tipping truck. They are delaying fining me with such complication that I am considering changing my plea to not guilty.

I pleaded guilty because I cannot talk about the background - and do not want to - not because I did it. The police have told my solicitors, who confirmed to me in writing, that there is no evidence other than the statements of the witnesses. I.e. no cctv on the rail station, no fingerprints on the weapon, no dna on the weapon, glass, floor etc, no blood on my clothing. I regard that as their having lost the case, but they are delaying it now that I have pleaded guilty.
