Friday Post 7
I am going to keep my eye on that bleed hole. There is another one in the bedroom wall that has not come through properly, in an upright vertical section of the wall at headboard height. In both instances (I have had them before) there is a wood resin present that is on this side of the wall, like the oil that goes through the steel when you put it on the bit in a power drill. When drilling wood you don't normally use it, and I know anyway that it is a resin present in some wood when this stress hole happens. I have heard others speak of it who are wood experts.
