Post 7

It starts to rain a little, the sky overcast.
(a beat)
"You would not think that it would rain at the beginning of May would you?" I said.

Post 6

(a beat)
"Is it true that you cannot eat freshwater fish?" I said.
(a beat)
"You cannot eat them if caught in freshwater," said Seeth. But you can if you are fishing near to where the sea is. However not all freshwater fish go there. You could not for instance fish for sticklebacks and roach in the esturaries near the sea. And if you did catch any there it would be best not to eat them."
(a beat)
"so you cannot have sticklebacks on toast, or grilled roach?" I said.
(a beat)
"No." Said Seeth. "It sounds horrible."

Post 5

(a beat)
"If you're tired and not able to sleep it is best to stay out I think, but not for to long." I said. "It may be that further work can be done."
(a beat)
"Yes," said Seeth. "Sometimes I open up shop, for it is on a Saturday that I open up to sell these things. On Sunday I went fishing."
(a beat)
"Did you catch anything?" I asked.
(a beat)
"Yes, I caught two perch and a bream." He said.

Post 4

"Well about ten feet." I said.
(a beat)
Seeth thinks of the other two customers that came in a day or so ago when I was there, Mr Winding and Mr Bolt whom he gave the bags of earth to. He wonders if perhaps he should have given them the 3Lb ones, but no the 1Lb ones will do. Oh how difficult it was for Mr Bolt to move around the shop before finally he lifted it up and onto the counter. While Mr Winder got it on there easily.
(a beat)
"It was very funny." He said.
(a beat)
"Yes I imagine it was." I said.

Post 3

"And will I see this on the tv if I leave it on all the time like other people do who like to watch it. Indeed I myself once could before it started when doing so became difficult, and near-impossible. The amount of people, well a few, who have told me that they don't watch it, or they don't watch the news, makes me feel that I am not the only one. Surely there are better things to do than it, as I again recall a new quilt advertisement next to a counter one, after drawing and coloring in quilts and blankets. Blankets is obvious if I can get other words to go with it, but quilts has become Mr Quivers who is one of your customers. A quiver is an arrow, some people think it is the bag worn on the back that the arrows are in. And he is able to fire two of them through the holes that are in the `and' symbol." I said.
(a beat)
"That is very accurate Ir." Said Seeth. "From what distance would that be?"

Post 2

a beat
"Just keep trying Ir." Said Seeth. "I have done that once or twice myself. On the second time we went back in and had another drink."
(a beat)
"Two times in particular I can think of, no three times but the third time the error was mine. I asked to meet but did not get any number. Two times I had asked them to ack for me, knoweth, and they said they would. As they appeared able to. But one time perhaps more were asking for a date. I have forgotten what I was going to say. But I was going to say that if you are thinking of things to say on a blog on Saturday morning you ought to. Not all were at pubs. Anyway . . . It is Saturday morning, I am tired having had no sleep, and I have chucked out some stuff that has been piled up at the place for more than a year." I said.

Saturday

"I cooked bacon with veg. I had two packs and the last use-by day, which were very nice indeed. The times that I have done that, and what I have had could easily had fed two or more people." I said.
(a beat)
"Yes I have done the same Ir." Said Seeth.
(a beat)
"I do not want you to think that these conversations that I had with the girls were not what they seemed to me to be. They were genuine chats outside the various pubs at night time. Perhaps we should have made an arrangement then. And the phone numbers that they gave to me were in the phone, they said that they would see me, and I did not pick up anything in their voice. Yet when I dialed those numbers a man answered it." I said.
