It is good when you put software into your pc, as long as you learn how to use it. I only know the basics of PaintNet but it permits me to do the type of doths that I want. Even so the Magic Wand doth not work for me!, so for that type of thing I use Gimp. These are two comprehensive free programs that cannot do everything that I want a program to do, unless I use the Gimp first to color select, and then do the doth in PaintNet.
