You can get automated programs that do this, but I want to do it manually. Perhaps the Nhs can start advertising them: Look everyone, you can turn photos of an ambulance and its crew into 3d and animate it with this affordable 3d animation program. You just fire it up and move the joystick, and you can have them drive it around an animated real-effect London. God I really love this, I really do.
